How Amber became a ladies doubles winner!

Can little changes give a big boost to your health?
You know your body better than anyone else, but often its quite tricky to tease out what could be holding you back.

Take a few moments to introspect.

Amber came to see me at the start of the year complaining of tiredness. Was it a post COVID syndrome? was it Chronic fatigue? Or another mystery illness!

Don’t forget to think laterally

Tennis is Amber's passion. We talked about Novak Djokovic; and how understanding possible intolerances catalysed his winning streak. When Amber came back to see me next, she had this beautiful wide grin (with new blue braces); having recently been crowned a ladies doubles champion!

Super excited to present "Recent Advances in Paediatrics 29", thanks to some incredibly brilliant authors. Recent Advances in Paediatrics-29 features a collection of articles relevant to paediatricians and health professionals working with children and adolescents across the world. The book reflects the changing landscape in paediatrics, with significant emphasis on adolescent health, both physical and mental, and references the role of technology and innovations such as conversational artificial intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT in improving outcomes. Other topics include prenatal screening and diagnosis of genetic defects, advances in neonatal care, a systematic approach towards orthopaedic management of cerebral palsy, bone health and osteoporosis, as well as advances in surgery and urology. The text features chapters on "safer care for sick children" with the role of safety checklists and escalation of care using hub and spoke models covered in depth to encourage universal high standards of care.
